Pure Punjabi Sweets And Restaurant

We discovered Pure Punjab on TikTok and decided to come all the way from Montreal to try it and it did not disappoint! The aloo parantha and onion kulcha were absolutely amazing, full of flavor and perfectly made. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and comforting, just like homemade Punjabi food. On top of that, the prices are so reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Definitely worth the drive from Montreal we’ll be back again for sure! Highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Punjabi food.

I recently went to Pure Punjab for lunch and ordered the vegetarian thali along with paneer kulcha. Overall, the experience was average and left room for improvement. While the food had some decent elements, it did not fully meet expectations, especially considering the reputation of Punjabi cuisine. The vegetarian thali was okay—nothing bad, but nothing exceptional either. The flavors were fairly standard and felt more on the average side compared to other Indian restaurants. Some dishes lacked depth and freshness, and overall it felt like a typical Indian meal without anything that really stood out. Unfortunately, the paneer kulcha was disappointing. The kulcha itself was burnt, which affected both the texture and taste. The paneer filling was also not enjoyable and was difficult to eat, as it lacked proper seasoning and balance. This was the most disappointing part of the meal and took away from the overall experience. Service was acceptable but could definitely be improved. Staff were polite, but attentiveness and follow-up were lacking. A bit more care in checking on customers and food quality before serving would make a noticeable difference. In general, Pure Punjab has potential, but both food consistency and service need improvement. With better attention to preparation, quality control, and customer experience, this place could be much better. For now, it’s an average option for Indian food, and I hope to see improvements in the future.

Recently visited Pure Punjabi Sweets and Restaurant, and it was a mixed experience. On the positive side, their **tea** was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and easily the best thing I tried. The **parantha** was also good—fresh and well-made. A special mention to **Parneet**, who served us—she was very courteous and added to the positive experience. *Bread Pakora was disappointing**: Stale-tasting, **filling smelled off**, and besan coating was **excessively thick* When it comes to **pricing**, I’d say the **cost is reasonable for the quality** of food served. You get decent value for what you pay, especially for their tea and paranthas. However, the restaurant needs serious improvement in **cleanliness**. The washrooms were not well-maintained—one even **lacked a lock**, which was quite inconvenient. The **seating arrangement** also felt odd and could be more comfortable. **Final Verdict:** Tasty food (especially the tea and parantha) at fair prices, with excellent service from Parneet. However, **inconsistent food quality** (avoid bread pakora!) But hygiene and seating need urgent attention. **3.5/5 ⭐** *Recommendation:* If the owner improves cleanliness and fixes the washroom issues, this place could be even better!

Ordered the Veg Thali through UberEats and took advantage of their BOGO deal. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious! The daal makhani was a standout, bursting with flavor, and the naan was super soft and fresh. Absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommend trying them out!

Great food. Gobi parantha plate and masala chai after. Their food is always yummy. Staff at store front is sweet as well. Would like to extend my appreciation for Sandeep. Sandeep went extra mile every single time she had to help me during my dine in today (16th December 2025) when I was there between 3-4pm. She is very polite, welcoming, and professional in her tone. She always helps with a smile on her face. She has a very pleasant personality. You can enjoy your food without getting up when Sandeep is there to make your dine in an amazing experience Wishing her the best of everything in life, great health and great future

Quite frankly Sandeep is very very professional and proud of her work.very respectful young lady and extremely kindhearted lady.shes highly highly experienced helping non Indian customers and making sure that we understand what's in the menu.explainingand answer our questions. To be honest with you .Sandeep is highly professional lady.and im very happy and like ordering my food from pure punjab.thank you guys.best indian restaurant in gta.

Ordered the non veg thali and the chat papri. Both were excellent. The chat was certainly one of the good ones I've eaten and a very generous portion as well. The thali was very good as well with 2 non veg and 1 veg curry but the highlight of the meal was definitely the daal makhani and the naans. One could not choose any non veg option except for butter chicken and goat curry which was really nice but for someone who is not a big fan of butter chicken it would have been nice to have options. Overall a very good experience.
